Shipping
Most orders usually ship on the same day they are placed if order is finalized by 2:00 pm ET. In the event that the item you’re ordering in not available you will be contacted to give you a date the item will ship. Should you not want to wait we will refund you your 100% of your money.
Some orders may require telephone verification, please provide the best telephone numbers to contact you. Some orders with a different billing to shipping address may be delayed for verification.
Orders are shipped UPS or FedEx, We also ship USPS to APO'S All orders shipped in this manner are shipped insured with signature confirmation at delivery. We are not responsible for weather delays or acts of nature that may delay package.
We will sometimes change the package method of shipping but will deliver in the selected amount of days or sooner than that selected at time of check-out by the buyer at no additional cost or refund.
Economy Shipping is available on select order; if this is an option on your order please make sure we are not shipping to a non-secure location, no delivery confirmation will be needed. Package will be left in mailbox or doorsteps, do not use this in apartment buildings if there is going to be no one home at time of delivery.
Ground Shipping 1 to 5 Days is an estimate. Some packages because of shipping location or your location may take longer. We ship from 3 locations in the USA.
Same day shipping cut’s off at 2:00 PM ET, Orders placed after said time ship the following day. International orders take 3 days to verify and process so this would not apply to these orders.
The fee for packages shipped and returned to us a undeliverable is 15% and loss of shipping amount paid. Buyer is responsible for re-shipping charges.
We do not ship or deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Just4electronics is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by weather delays or conditions not controlled by us.
We ship to all USA. We will also deliver to many other country but please contact us for shipping rates and payment instructions.
Orders, Return & Cancelation Policies
Back Order is considered a special order and will ship when the item arrives from the manufacturer. Cancelation fee of 5% will apply if you cancel the order. Your credit card will be charged on the day you place the Back Order.
Each product is fully guaranteed by the manufacturer (unless specifically stated otherwise). The complete warranty is included with the product. The manufacturer's warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions set forth. On most items, just4electronics offers an exclusive 15 day return for refund policy. All defective items upon arrival will be handled with the manufacturer.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for refund (excluding shipping, handling and restocking charges) within 15 days, subject to a return authorization from Just4electronics.
All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15% and loss of shipping for cost incurred in restocking.
All returns require a Return Authorization (RMA) number, which you can obtain by clicking here. This is the only source of Return Authorization. Please note that an RMA number does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to inspection.
All special order items are subject to 5% cancelation if order is canceled.
All orders canceled on the same day as placed will receive full refund if canceled before 11:00 pm EST, any cancelations after said time are subject to 5% cancelation fee.
Return Procedures
All returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled out), and accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or packaging. Just4electronics will charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on, or taped-on contents or cartons. Just4electronics reserves the right to refuse any such returns.
Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely. The returned item must be shipped within 7 days of obtaining your RMA or the return will be cancelled. Write the RMA number issued by customer service clearly on the shipping label as instructed. Any merchandise returned to Just4electronics without prior authorization will be refused. Please ship your parcel back to Just4electronics freight prepaid. Just4electronics suggests that you use UPS Ground Service (Insured). Sorry, Just4electronics cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. No goods will be accepted for exchange or return without authorization.
Warranty
All items have a one year warranty unless stated otherwise in the product description page. Those items that are replaceable are subject to our returns and cancellation policy.
All item found to be defective at time of delivery must be replaced or repaired by the manufacturer if its a warranty issue, we will replace items that are damaged in transport. you must contact the shipper and file a claim if the item was damaged in transit.
